At Pet Health, we’re not an ordinary veterinary clinic — we’ve reinvented the veterinary experience for our pet parents and their pets by providing the most personalized and scientifically advanced integrative veterinary care in Las Vegas. Individual Attention to Your Pet’s Care
At Pet Health, our attention to detail and focus on your pet’s individual needs are paramount to ensuring your pet receives the best possible care. To this end, we schedule one-hour appointments for our new pets and pet parents. These extended initial appointments allow us time to examine your pet, present you with all treatment options, and answer all your questions in a calm and unhurried setting. From there, we work with you to create a personalized treatment plan to promote the health of your pet based on its breed, its condition, and your desired plan of action.
Pet Health is a full-service, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital, and we believe an integrative philosophy is critical to the development of scientifically advanced treatment protocols for your pet. Our integrative practices are based on scientific research and promote the health of your pet combining the very best of Western and Eastern medicines, including a variety of non-invasive modalities such as acupuncture, canine massage, laser therapy, and botanical/herbal medicine. Our goal is to provide pet parents with information about all available medical options and to work together in developing a lifetime treatment plan that best supports both short and long-term health goals for your pets.
PET PARENT INVOLVEMENT
The personalized medical care we offer takes into account the uniqueness of each pet on its journey to optimum pet health, and we want you involved in every step of that process. If your pet is having an ultrasound or acupuncture, rather than taking your pet from you, we encourage you to remain with your pet to ensure a more relaxed experience for you and your pet. In addition, for most diseases and medical conditions, your Pet Health vet will present an easy-to-understand PowerPoint explaining your pet’s condition, so you can see, not just hear, the information. We want to make sure you are informed and feel comfortable posing questions to our veterinarians and staff throughout the process. There are no foolish questions when it comes to your pet’s health.
UNPARALLELED CUSTOMER SERVICE
At Pet Health, we aim to go above and beyond when it comes not only to your pet’s health care, but also to your overall experience at our clinic. We strive to provide honest and clear information, and to give you as much real-time information as possible, so you don’t have to wait and worry. For example, if your pet is undergoing a procedure, Pet Health will text you update messages during the procedure, so you know how things are going throughout the process, not just at the end. We want you to feel comfortable in every way at Pet Health. In fact, your comfort is one of our top priorities. Our reception area and exam rooms were designed with your experience in mind: complimentary refreshments, a quiet atmosphere, and minimal waiting time.
Awareness of How Valuable Your Time Is
We schedule one-hour new patient exam and 30-minute appointments for our routine exams to ensure we have time to provide a thorough exam and answer your questions. We do not want you to feel rushed, even if we are having a busy day. We also know your time is valuable, and we work hard to stay on schedule. At Pet Health, a long wait for a doctor who is running behind is not acceptable.
